The products you receive from brands in exchange for content creation are yours to keep. Since you’re providing a service (content creation) in exchange for the product, there are no returns or refunds on the influencer side.

We’ll investigate the issue and offer a solution, which may include a service fee credit depending on the severity of the problem.
